Welcome to Saffron India Barrel House! We’re Sunny Singh and Joshwan Antonio, co-owners who came together with one shared vision: bringing authentic Indian flavors to the locals of North Asheville.

After taking over The Barrel House, we set out to create a warm, inviting space where the community can experience the rich spices, vibrant dishes, and comforting traditions of Indian cuisine. Our goal is simple—to introduce North Asheville to genuine Indian food made with care, passion, and respect for its roots.
